Milestone: Phase III - Final Review and Product Release (Fixed Resources: You (PM)) Phase III Completed atter product release. You were assigned to work with the following team: - You were given 2 technicians to help you with general tasks, but John Smith is your primary resource, and Jack Murray can be only assigned if both technicians are needed, or John is overallocated as overtime for technicians for this project is not allowed. (Over-times will be only allowed if there is no other way to assign technicians, but they need to be minimized) - All other resources can be overallocated as needed. - Mary Johnson will be helping you with some tasks, and you should be assigned to every task on the schedule as you are not going to be as involved as others in most of the tasks, but you will be tracking progress - The cost of material for each load cell is $44. - Shipping of Material is $1500 - 3rd Part Certification Application fee is $1650. - Shipping of load cells to 3Rd Part Reviewer is $240.
