Timeless Bonds and the Unforgettable Prank

All three of my closest friends and I have known each other since we were four years old and went to school together from kindergarten through college. Throughout this time, our friendships, like any others, have their ups and downs, with occasional arguments and silent spells. However, we've always managed to reconcile and move forward, never taking things too seriously, always embracing our mistakes and learning from them. I love these two girls with all my heart, they mean the world to me. We always help each other and share our secrets, there is no mine in our friendship, we share everything and do everything together. We were all 19 years old at the time of this specific tragedy, and it has never left our hearts. We were on our way from college at approximately 4.20 pm on a regular afternoon. We had prepared a light-hearted prank for our friend who stayed home due to being a little sick. The distance between our college and home is a little bit far, so we have to walk a long distance, perhaps 10 or 11 blocks. But for us, it was a Monday through Friday activity, always filled with pleasure, so we never worried about how far we walked, and sometimes we reached home quickly enough that we didn't even pay attention to the road.

Hana asked me to play a joke on one of our friends so that she could be calm and not think about her illness, which would have prevented her from going to work that day. As Hanna's plane was crashing, I contacted Sara and informed her that Hanna had had an accident. As I was laughing, she thought I was sobbing, and she started crying, I told Sara that I needed to go so I could help her. I can't stop laughing, but laughter just lasts for a little while. At that point, I felt a little terrified. I was unable to respond to her query. She ended the call. When my friend and I were discussing the situation, another caller called and said, "Which hospital are you going to? We're coming." I wasn't sure if it was my turn to hang up the phone on her or not because I was unable to continue speaking, and she called back again. I didn't answer the phone while I considered what we should say.

If Hanna's sister finds out, she's going to murder us. She's not someone to trifle with. We both became so overwhelmed that we stopped moving. I told Hanna that she was the one who came up with this plan, so she should call her sister and inform her that we are joking. There was a second phone call, this one was from her sister, and the information she received terrified her. She turned on the speaker so I could hear her, and I could hear other people in the background saying things like, "Hello, can you talk? Is your leg injured? Is there blood? Is a doctor present? I want to speak with the doctor." More and more questions. She was unable to speak, but she eventually responded, "I'm fine, there was no accident, I'm coming home on my own. What happened to you?" The bewildered voice questioned her sister. Knowing each of us had our challenges to face, I was aware of Hanna's difficult family situation since her parents had passed away when she was young, leaving her elder sister as the guardian. The house they lived in was in her sister's name, and she exercised significant control over the family. Hanna feared her sister's reaction and begged me not to reveal the truth. I had to cope with my feelings that evening and thought about how to approach the circumstance. I ultimately made the decision to confront the facts and discuss it with my family. But that evening, Hanna phoned, and I could see she was distressed and debating coming over to tell us everything. I promised her that I wanted to prevent any additional conflict and would handle it myself and pretend that it was just a wrong number. The next day, I met with my best friends to figure out why Sara had shared the joke with Hanna's sister. Sara explained that she was worried about Hanna's safety and thought her sister should be informed, even if Hanna was still alive. Even though it might have sounded like she got us into trouble, Sara did the right thing. She tried her best to inform the family and protect her best friend. This prank was a lesson for us and also showed the love we have for one another. Like I said at the top, pranks may seem like harmless fun, but it is crucial that we recognize their potential to cause harm, emotional distress, and strained relationships. The negative consequences of pranks far outweigh any temporary amusement they might bring. Responsible humor involves respecting the boundaries and feelings of others, ensuring that pranks remain light-hearted, safe, and consensual. It is essential to consider the impact of our actions on others and foster an environment of kindness and empathy rather than engaging in pranks that can lead to regrettable outcomes. Finally, knowing the negative aspects of pranks allows us to make better decisions and develops a culture of polite laughter, which benefits everyone involved. Even though my two friends and I no longer hang out as frequently as we once did because of family and jobs, we still bring our children together for soccer matches and various festivals, and occasionally we go out for lunch to catch up on all that is going on in our own lives. I love these two girls until death and I will always have a spot for them in my life. We have been through each other's ups and downs and learned that friendship is about constant growth and understanding. Through the unforgettable prank incident, we learned to prioritize communication and the well-being of our loved ones. It has shaped us into more responsible and empathetic individuals, ready to navigate any challenges that come our way.

When Hana told me to prank one of our friends the idea of the prank is our sick friend to be relaxed and not focusing on the illnles that not allow her to come to work that day. As Hanan's plane a called Sara and told her Hanna had an accident and I kind of make it real as I was laughing the was thinking im crying and she start crying and I told Sara I got to go I have to helped her.
