I need help with answering this two paragraphs

I usually don't like to be in a position of leadership at times because I will always subconsciously ask myself if I'm doing the right thing or I'm doing things the way that should be done. However, when I do accept such positions, I try to lead by a simple but effective method, lead by example. I believe that when I lead, I should be setting a good example to the people who are expected to help them complete a task or in general duty. A lot of people have different definitions on what is a good leader, but this is mine: a good leader treats everyone with respect, values everyone's opinions equally, and does not make rash decisions. These are all traits that I aim to follow whenever I lead people, I was chosen for a reason lol, gotta ensure to people that I'm up to the task on leadership.

Always remember that when you become a leader you have to always consider what type of influence you have on people, you have to ensure that you leave good ones. On my Discord community server, I would not say I'm a big man but I'm big enough that I have influence on the server, since I am the head of the art department, I have to be careful what I say. I also firmly believe of a quote in the game, Bendy and the Ink Machine, we should "Word hard, work happy", I want my people to be happy. When I am not a leader however, at times I am not afraid to speak out on something I do not agree or support, got in trouble sometimes for it, but I digress. I've also seen my share my bad leadership over the past I won't let the flaws of other peoples' decisions impact the way I lead.
