I need help with my Assignment. Its a case Study with a certain format. I need to analyze a case study by consumer behaviour. basically looking at the factors that impact the consumer behaviour and analyzing the case based on consumer perspective. we are not allowed to look at the case facts as the main issues rather analyze them as to how they will affect and have an impact on consumers. I need to figure out:

the main issues in order

the SWOT

state a problem statement

figure out some alternatives.

The case study has been attached, and I am not sure how to find the consumer behaviour related information to complete the case. Please Help me.
