I offer more than 10 years of customer support and proven experience providing service for several different companies. I am confident, I will make immediate contribution to your team. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations while working with policy procedures and standard processes from the IdahoSTARS project within the last year.
You will find I am a detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client request quickly and effectively. I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Position: Customer Support Coordinator for the IdahoSTARS Project Supervised by: Customer Communication Director, IdahoSTARS Project Project Summary: IdahoSTARS works to promote best practices to child care professionals and programs. The Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children (Idaho AEYC) is a proud partner of the project with the University of Idaho Center on Disabilities and Human Development. This project is funded through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Position Summary: The Customer Support Coordinator provides responsive and engaging customer support for child care professionals as they navigate the data management system (RISE), Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP), and state child care licensing. The Coordinator is responsible for delivering efficient and effective progress using data-driven decision making toward project goals and developing work plans. Compensation: Full-time position; compensation is $23.50 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package including medical/dental/vision/ retirement plan, 15 days' vacation leave and 15 days' sick leave annually, plus 12 paid holidays, medical savings stipend. Flexible hybrid-remote schedule in Boise, Idaho Primary Responsibilities: Leadership Supervise the Customer Support Specialist team, ensuring all communications with internal and external partners demonstrate the highest level of customer service. Support strategic planning; assist with the creation of plans for the areas in which the IdahoSTARS Project can increase effective communication to customers, partners, and parents. Resolve advanced problems with customers. Participate in hiring, evaluations, training and retention of the customer support team. Monitor licensing and ICCP guidelines. Research, Community Engagement and Communication Ensure high customer satisfaction by responding to customers' and team members' questions promptly in a knowledgeable, friendly manner over the phone, email or in-person, following up when necessary to ensure issues are resolved. Provide assistance, coaching, professional development and consultation on equitable communication to team members and customers. Identify customer issues and concerns, nurture customer relationships, and network with community agencies to connect systems Work with internal and external partners related to licensing and ICCP. Use language line or interpretation services to communicate with customers who speak a language other than your own. Attend internal and external meetings, functions and professional development trainings as assigned by your supervisor. At a minimum you should have: Secondary degree or three years of experience in related field, e.g. customer support, supervisory experience, or data entry and data management system. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated commitment of being highly dependable with a strong work ethic. The preferred candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant work experience. Experience in non-profit, advocacy or other community-based groups. Experience with early childhood education and early child care professionals. Excellent organization and administrative skills; a strong, consistent attention to detail, an organized work style, and the ability to follow through on work assignments with a minimum of direct supervision. A demonstrated ability to write clearly and precisely, including strength in proofreading and an ardent attention to detail. Strong skills in use of technology for database management and work/systems processing. Ability to work on and manage several simultaneous projects at various stages of completion including tasks with competing priorities.
