I need to use a for loop and if control statements.

I'm trying to print all of the non-blank entries in the home.dest column for males, aged 60 or younger embarking from S. I've tried multiple variations of this and keep getting stuck. Up until the age part it works, but after that it gets broken. Where am I going wrong? How can I fix this?
