I need to develop a decision package to aid in a fiscal priority setting.

objective: I am enrolling into nursing school in 3 months, need to have reliable, economic, and convenient transportation.

Additional Information: I have no transportation at the moment and I my sole transportation is public transportation. Its inexpensive and reliable but not very convenient. My financial resources are limited, but I do qualify for a car loan if I have someone to cosign my loan. One stipulation of Nursing school is that I have reliable transportation, a car so that I can make it to clinical sites which may be outside of my area in which I reside. The policy has yet to be enforced, some students do carpool for clinical assignments.

I need to identify three alternatives that will allow me to meet my objectives. Need to choose the best alternative on the advantages and disadvantages that was identified. I can embellish information to help solve the problem.
