I need to read the words in a txt file (Volunteers.txt) using the FileInputStream java method and then print a formatted table via the console.

the formating should be: String.format("Name: %s %-20s City: %-20s State: %-20s Event: %-20s", FirstName, LastName, City, State, Event);
