I need to write a brief essay in 3 to 5 sentence without giving too much information. My problem is I really do not know how to condense it. Please help

Minimum of 1-2 paragraphs for each question. Paragraph is 3 to 5 sentences.

1.Recall a time when you failed to speak up during a group meeting. What were the reasons for your silence? Are they similar to or different from the reasons discussed here?
