The online logbook enables us to log our findings in a very easy and quick manner, with an equally fast retrieval system. There is no need for an employee to always be physically available to present his daily finding. The information is easily available to your supervisor and coworkers working on the same project. It facilitates work from the environment and in the need of hours, an employee can opt for work from home and all his work shall be available to his coworkers and supervisors if need be. These log sheets can be shared with only the people working on the project and the supervisor.

In this period is with the external matter and other changes, many of the businesses have shifted their traditional approach to modern and technological based approach where instead of just conducted business from one place to another and through the local trade, they have now shifted to a more electronic and feasible more where a person is able to connect with another person or business using the electronic devices and so transactions, activities, information flow everything shifted to a more technological base thing because the COVID-19 actually demanded the same thing: that a shift is required to make the virtual reality and even the virtual organization something which was needed rather than just a traditional business.

Project design: To be successful the product manager will need to have strong leadership skills to roll out this project.
