I really enjoyed reading your post. I specifically liked the potential advantages you listed for codetermination. I do wonder both in really world application and in theory, what happens in codetermination if your opinions are heard, but not put into action? I have to imagine that sometimes the requests may not be reasonable. Assuming they are though, I definitely agree that in the codetermination model employees would have more a sense of pride which would likely increase productivity, work satisfaction, etc. I know I personally have always enjoyed positions where I feel my voice is being heard. Even if my thoughts and suggestions were not always taken, knowing I could contribute made things more enjoyable
