I scored a 12 out of 12 on the connect assessment. It states range from 10 to 12 you are ready for a career as in HR Professional. Which I will say that I have worked in the area of HR since 2005. So I think I have gained quite a bit of knowledge throughout my career. I have worked as and HR administrator, in recruiting, assistant in HR, and I am currently in Payroll. I have worked all areas in payroll and currently my position is a Payroll Accountant
