I understand that you propose YMCA should offer additional perks to attract new customers. My question is, how do we know that current customers sway away from YMCA because of unattractive perks?Is there any data or research speaking to this fact? 

 

Has there been any polls done on the customers to specify the reasons for choosing other alternatives in this space?
