i will attach a screenshot of a dataset im performing an ETL proccess using python pandas method, i want codes to perform basic cleansing operations like getting rid of duplicates, spaces, etc... because our professor asked us to do ETL but didnt specify what to do exactly, so just do what you think is most important for ETL process, also i will attach our KPI'S and i would love some help on how to calculate them using python forumlas. and then im not sure what to do next so i need guidance on how to conduct the ETL process, do i just divert it back to an excel file or uplaod it to a database server?

KPI's for the average monthly wages dataset:

$1-$ Average per capita monthly income during the second quarter of $2022$

$2-$ The rate of change in an individual's average income

$3-$ Average wage per nationality

$4-$ Average wage per gender

$5-$ Total average of wages earned per year
