i'm trying create a database website with a listing of all of the people living in New York City. Using Data mapping to showcase the affected people in New York City by the zip code. this is my idea of the project. how can i create proposal based on that. i would really appreciate if you can add what can use (example, htlm, java, sql,css host domain etc) the step i can take through out creating this application
