Ichabod aged 15 visited the CafĂ© with his dad George and brother Connor who is ages 10. Ichabod went to use the toilet which is downstairs. The handrail has been removed as part of the renovation works and Ichabod slips whilst rushing down the stairs and bangs his head, which results in a nasty cut just above his right eye, and has broken his new Iphone during the fall. George finds Ichabod and takes him to the local hospital. George goes into the treatment room with Ichabod and leaves Connor in the waiting room.

Connor is bored and decides to take a look around the hospital. He opens a door which has written on it: 'Private. Staff Only.' He goes inside the room and starts opening some cupboards. He finds a bottle which contains bright orange liquid and begins to shake the bottle. The bottle slips from his hands and smashes on the floor. The liquid splashes over Connor's right arm and over the right-side of his neck and face. His skin begins to blister and Connor runs back to the treatment room where he receives medical treatment for minor burns.
