i)Consider you are the operational director of the company and have initiated the role to excel in the market place. Articulate the mission, vision, goals of the company.

4. iii)Develop a process map for a yogurt manufacturing company (an example is provided from a case example published in a paper listed with this case study).
6. iv)Given the information develop a balanced core card setup using the software (excel formatted template provided) to develop a process map/strategy map in suggesting a performance measure in one area of the four balanced scorecard perspectives.
8. v)Develop the performance gap analysis using the software. Note: Consider the company is performing in a simulated mode in the future 5 projected periods. Develop a financial forecasting model using the weighted average macroeconomic, demographic information and retail sales performance of the economy/market/ in the past in a place you are living now.
10. vi)Perform an economic value added (PROCESS ANALYSIS/VALUE ADD) analysis to assess its potential as a BSC financial performance measure for Silos.
12. vii)Suggest improvement initiatives and corresponding goals/initiatives/actions plans.
14. viii)Set target objectives, KPIs, base case scenarios and achieved performances using a simulated balance sheet / financial performance.
16. ix)Provide possible explanations for the performance gaps identified by Silos benchmarking analysis.
18. x)Answer the FAQs already raised by employees about the Silos BSC project.
20. xi)Considering the prior gap and benchmarking analyses, design specific performance measures with benchmarked targets (where feasible) and reporting frequency to create operational and acceptable BSC for Silos.
