1. Identify a leader that you believe to be charismatic (To me I believe the United States Marine Corps Leaders carry this trait). This can be a leader of an organization, business, government, or sports. Explain why you think they are charismatic leaders. What actions and traits do they perceive to be charismatic?
2. Next, identify a leader that you believe is NOT charismatic. What other characteristics does this person possess to make up for his or her lack of charisma?
3. Lastly, considering transformational and charismatic leadership, how are these two similar? What is the biggest difference you found between these two styles?
