Identify an IT project within your company. The project should be small size to medium size and should be able to complete within 6-12 months. Based on this project, you are required to develop a Project Plan.

Your Project Plan should include:

Problem statement (at least 3)

Project objectives (based on how many problems statement)

Work Breakdown Structure

Resource Planning

Activities Duration & Project Schedule

Budget estimation

Quality and Risk Assessment
