Identify the name of an organization that you have worked with or that you would like to work with. Then continue to address the following questions.

1. Explain what type of organization it is (retail/pharmaceutical, etc.). Then provide the organizations mission statement and vision statement from its Website and cite the source at the end of each. If you copy paste the mission/vision make sure it is placed within quotes and the source cited at the end of each statement.

2. Describe the organizations culture. Is it an inclusive culture? What does it value?

3. Have you seen the organizations mission and vision reflected in daily activities such as communication, management approaches (traditional, contemporary management or POLC)? Explain briefly and provide examples.
