if I have a list of lists with 10k rows and 3 columns how do I append the first element of every row to a new list and the second element of every row to another new list. i need this in python

so for example: [[1,2,3],[4,5,3],[7,8,3]] i would want to a new list with [1,4,7] and another with [2,5,8]
