if one thread reads the value of a global variable then

a$.$ other threads exist in the same process can also read that global variable.

b$.$ Threads belongs to other processes can also read that global variable.

c$.$ no other threads can read that global variable.

d$.$ any thread wheather it belongs to the same process or other process can read that global variable.
