April 25th 2020 The insured's employee was using a cherry picker (hydraulic equipment) to place their customers just purchased, ceramic tiles, onto the customers second floor, when the load of tiles felboff the cherry picker, and landed on the customers first floor The load of ceramic tiles were totally damaged, and the customers first floor warehouse was damaged.
