Basically, good paragraphs and essays answer specific questions and show the author's unique way of thinking. They should not read like Wikipedia articles, or just consist of basic overviews and descriptions. You should show your ability to comprehend and analyze a topic and weigh evidence. This requires asking intelligent questions and answering them with cogent explanations and examples. In this section, a basic question would be: What did you learn about Indigenous Ways of Knowing in the course? Other possible questions could be: (1) What aspect of Indigenous ways of knowing that you learned did you find most interesting? (2) Why do you think Indigenous ways of knowing are important to learn about? (3) Are any aspects of Indigenous ways of knowing similar to ways of knowing in your culture? (4) What aspect of Indigenous ways of knowing would you like to learn more about? (5) How do Indigenous ways of knowing differ from Western ways of knowing?
