II. The explosion of chaos and bureaucracy In most of the organizations, the work processes were not designed. Usually, these organization started up their business out of chaos. Small groups start working together informally easily without a proper planning and systematic procedure. The organizations set their own rule and ways to solve their problems or to prevent the problems from happening again without a formal ways. Without a proper instructions, their new employee could not perform the works as the veterans would do. The example from case study
