Im currently working as a support worker with people with special needs. If for example the client is frowning I know already what the client wants or not in a good mood. I will change the topic or divert his$/$her attention into something else. One of the clients that I support, sometimes she cries for no reason but if I ask her if she wants coffee she will change her attitude.
