I'm having difficulty wrapping my head around the issue of 340B. In 2019, Congress held several hearings though they have also done several times since 1992 when the program was first initiated. I am to cipher through the brunt of details and need some help. Basically who held these hearings in 2019 and what was the focus of each of these hearings? and who could have pushed for these hearings and why? I have a lot of information that is over a long period of time but I am trying to just get the main points across in my paper and I'm struggling with the concept.
