I'm not entirely sure how to actually make the matrices for this problem. I think I got NW matrix (a), but not the SW matrix (b) Please show work (with the arrows to show movements)

1. Perform the Needleman-Wunsch alignment on two sequences, ATAC [vertical] and GATGA [horizontal] with two different scoring systems, (a) and (b), specified below (4 points): a) match-2, mismatch1 and gap penalty-2 b) Gap penalty=-2 and the following scoring matrix: 1-10 A 2 C-12 0 T1-110 |2 during alignment, an A-C substitution (diagonal move) will score "1", a C-T substitution "O", Annotate both partial scores and paths (arrows) in the alignment matrix. Write the full alignment/s (after trace-back) and the alignment score under each matrix. 1a. Circle ALL that apply A. An identical alignment is obtained using both scoring rules B. The alignments produced have different scores C. Rules from scoring system (a) found two optimal alignments; rules from (b) found only one optimal alignment. Rules from scoring system (b) found two optimal alignments; Rules from (a) found three optimal alignments. Two optimal alignments were found using the rules from both (a) and (b) D. E
