Imagine that you are the president of the MIS students' club (or any other club or group of interest-Marketing, Comp. Science, Latin Dancing or whatever your major or interest is).

1. Create SWOT analysis of the club.

2. Sfom the SWOT analysis identify at least four projects for the club.

3. Create weighted scoring model to compare the projects and determine which project to select (first identify at least three criteria for the choice). Calculate the weighted scores.

4. Present the results as a chart.

5. Submit both your power point file with the SWOT and the Excel file with the weighted scoring model.
