Imagine that you work for savetheslugs.com and have been asked to create a Windows Forms application that will let a user calculate the total number of slugs at five locations. To fulfill this requirement, create a program called Slug-A-Palooza (sample user interface below). To use the program, the user would fill out the five textboxes, then click the Add Those Slugs! button to see the total. The image below is just a sample -- feel free to make your app fancier than the example GUI shown. Make sure you test your program with several different data values, then turn in output showing that it adds properly.
