Imagine that your group is a management consulting team that has been hired by one of your team's current (or most recent) employer to assess and if necessary, recommend changes to how the current (or most recent) company is managed. Your classmates are the leadership group of this organization, so write for them as if they were part of the company that hired your team as leadership consultants.
