Implement stack ADTs that further implement the following operations:

- isEmpty() check whether is collection is empty

- clear() removes all the objects from the collection

- getFrequency() counts the number of times an object occurs in the collection

Design considerations:

- Implement code both in Java and C++ languages

- Use both array and linked list implementation

Testing:

- Write valid tests to verify the correctness of the previous operations.

- Make sure you cover corner cases.
