Implement stack and queue ADTs that further Implement the following operations: -

- isEmpty() check whether the collection is empty

- clear() removes all the objects from the collection

- getFrequency() Counts the number of times an object occurs in the collection

Design choices: -

- Implement code in both Java and C++ Languages

- Use both array and linked list implementations

Testing:

- Write valid tests to verify the correctness of the previous operations

- Make sure you cover corner cases
