The quality products will give the company high sale revenue hence high profits are released in the organization. The constant improving profits in the company give the shareholders impetus to invest more in the organization financially hence ease in management of the organization. For the company to obtain profits in its operation the company must invest in the technology, qualified employees and their welfare. The technology costs $ 10000000 including licenses and start-up fees and the qualified employees and their welfare totaling to $2000000 including payroll expenses and training. To implement this, the organization will incur cost of $12000000. During the investment of the technology the organization may loss time during the process hence reducing the amount of production cost the $10000.
