In excel, column A is showing multiple vertical sequences of numbers. Each sequence starts with $"000"$ and if it increases, it does so in increments of $10($and can goup to $490).$ Some sequences only contain $000.$ Write a formula for column B that shows the first two digits of the last number in each sequence. This value should only be listed next to the starting number $(000)$ of each sequence, with all other lines blank. Please see attached example.
