In January 2008, Arti made a contract with Bee Ltd to jot down study manual for an international accountancy body award. The manual was to cover the period from September 2008 to June 2009. It was one of the terms of the contract that the text would be provided by the 31st June 2008 so that it could be printed by September 2008. On 30th May Arti informed Bee Ltd that due to busy routine he would not be able to work.
