In Java,
1) Create a method that will sum all of the odd values in a 2D array. Use this method header: public static double topherOddValues(double[][] items). Write a program that will ask the user to enter the size of and values for the array and then call the method you created. Your method returns the sum, so display the sum in the main method.
2) Write a method that will take two 2D arrays when called. Use this method header public static void topherCommonValues(int[][] firstArray, int[][] secondArray). The method should look at all of the values from both arrays and display the indices of the arrays where both arrays have the same value. For instance, if the value at firstArray[0][0] is 10 AND the value at secondArray[0][0] is 10, the method should display "Matching value at 0,0". Write a program that asks the user to input the values for two integer arrays of size 9[3][3] and calls the method you created.
