Write a method called canBalance() that takes an array of Strings as a parameter, and returns true if there is a place to "split" the array into two pieces, where the sum of the lengths of the strings on both sides of the split are equal. YOu must write the method declaration yourself. Examples (where the bracketed sequences represent array values):

canBalance(["a", "apple", "be", "I", "dog")] -> true

canBalance(["to", "on", "an", "by", "a")] -> false

canBalance(["under", "apple")] -> true
