In my civil case HBC 238/19 against Fiji Public Trustees Corporation Ltd (FPTCL) at Lautoka High Court Trial date 6th March 23 - 10th March

In my civil case HBC 238/19 against Fiji Public Trustees Corporation Ltd (FPTCL) at Lautoka High Court Trial date 6th March 23 - 10th March 23 my lawyer lied in the court and mislead the court that we the plaintiffs have reach to a settlement. She came out the court room on first day of the trial after the tea break and told us (Plaintiff) that FPTCL wants make settlement. We the plaintiffs said our doors are open for discussion and will discuss this in your office. However, she did not call the FPTCL to the table to discuss. The next day she went and told the court that we plaintiff reach to the settlement and terms of Settlement will drafted and will be circulated. The third day she went and told the court the terms of settlement has been drafted and circulated. Whereas the terms of settlement weren't drafted and neither been circulated to us. She also said numerous times to us during the trial outside the court room that Judge said you must settle. After I requested Transcript from the High Court of our case we the plaintiff found that she lied in the Court. I am filing complaint against my counsel at legal Practitioners Unit for being misrepresentation, Misconduct, failed to give engagement/retainer letter, bill of cost and receipts of payments. Please advise how I can file complain against my counsel.
