In my opinion, it is valuable and important to consider the costs of a college degree to ensure it is the right thing to do for yourself and the right time to do it. Before starting college, the financial aspect was definitely a big factor in why I was hesitant to start. By considering and understanding the financial aspect of starting college, it will help you ensure that you are able to afford it which is a good form of budgeting. It is also important to make yourself aware of any grants or scholarships available to help with the financial aspect in any way. After educating myself on my financial plan for my program, I plan on ensuring I include my financial responsibilities at GCU in any future budgeting and saving to ensure it is one of my top priorities
