Thus, visitors can enjoy their trip well, feel pleasant, and experience good quality services as expected. I think the purpose of charging a monetary fee for the next visitors is to preserve and improve the situation of a national monument like maintenance, cleaning up, and human resources. Although the entrance fee may not be expensive, the government offers an affordable deal to those who want to come to the place earlier than others. Hence, they can both meet the demands of visitors and reduce the peak visiting periods like holidays or seasonal times
