In my view, no conversation about power and influence is complete if it does not address the ethical component, or in other words, the abuse of power. Isn't it inherent to human nature that we abuse power and influence? Being able to impose our will on someone else is an experience which is simply too good not to enjoy it? What prevents us (and organizations) from abusing our power and influence?
