In order to complete the discussion posts for this week, you will need to complete the mini-simulation assigned for this week. As such, be sure to plan your time wisely.

With this simulation, you will see a selection of options, called "Decision Points" where the feedback will be "best choice or not the best choice". The focus here is not on being right or wrong, but instead providing insight on why a different understanding, reaction, strategy, or plan may be a option. As such, the goal is not to go back and forth and try to select the "right" answer. Instead, focus on the feedback that you receive should you make a selection that is "not the best choice". Your discussion this week (and next) will give you the opportunity to defend your decisions if you choose to do so, or explain how the feedback helped you see why your decision(s) was not the best choice. You will need to refer to the simulation multiple times as you draft your discussion posts so please make sure you keep it open to more easily complete this assignment.

For your initial discussion post, remember the decisions you made throughout the simulation:

1. What was one decision that you made where the feedback you received indicated it was not the best choice? Do you agree or disagree? Why?

2. What was one decision that you made where the feedback you received indicated that you made the best choice? What in the simulation or learning guided you to make the decision that you did?

I have attached the picture of simulation.

Scenario You work as a Customer Service Team Leader at GreenStar Bank. You and members ofyour team are in favor ofa new policy that will modify the current overdraft fee policy of the bank. Currently, customers are charged $35 for a single overdraft, regardless of the amount overdrawn. Whether a customer's account is overdrawn by $2 or $200, GreenStar assesses the same overdraft fee of $35. You believe this is unfair and produces customer resentment toward the bank. You believe that your position would be strengthened if a customer survey were conducted to gauge customer resentment of the overdraft fees; however, conducting the survey will require manpower and funds to carry out survey activities. You report to Tina Bagley, the Manager of GreenStar Bank. You've spoken with her about changing the overdraft policy, and she has been noncommittal. She tells you that she would need the approval of her boss, Dick Traber, the Senior Vice President, in order to commit the resources you need to conduct the survey. You want to write a persuasive message concerning this matter. Click Next to begin your challenge. Good luck
