The hotel sued the seller for breach of contract, claiming the lost profits from both the midnight toast and future parties the angry patrons would be discouraged from hosting at the hotel. The hotel also claimed lost profits for the loss of rooms that were booked for the baptist bible convention. The baptist bible convention was in town for a meeting on January 26th and had reserved 45 rooms. They canceled their reservations on January 20th.

2. Bob decided to buy 27 kegs of beer from Stan for $25. During the negotiations, Bob said he would only buy the kegs if Stan also provided pumps and CO2, to which Stan agreed. The parties then wrote down the agreement on a bar napkin that said "Bob to buy 27 Kegs of beer from Stan for $25". They accidentally left out the agreement to provide pumps and CO2. Stan delivered the kegs but didn't have the pumps or CO2. Bob was angry and threatened to sue. If Bob filed a lawsuit, discuss his chances for success.
