How would I enlist an accountability partner (sponsor) via power mapping in an organization who will ensure I follow through and achieve my goals in leveraging personal and relational power sources to gain positional power?

A few questions to consider are: What will I have this person measure precisely, and in what time frame?

How will you know when I have mastered my weaknesses? How will I measure my success?

Answering these questions enables me to follow my plan to become a more effective leader.
