In response to your peers, choose a different focal point than the one you chose for yourself, and elaborate on how your peers' choice of focal point could be relevant to you. What do you think you could learn from these students' perspective?
My name is Emily Foreman, I am a mother of two young children (ages 7 and 3) and when I'm not working, you can find me at the ball field! My son plays football, basketball, and travel baseball. My husband and I own a transportation business, needless to say, I do not have much down time! I am currently an HR Generalist for an amazing family owned company in Indianapolis, IN, and highly enjoy the work that I do. I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, I will be the first in my family with a college degree!
I am hoping to learn better critical thinking skills from this course. I also aim to strengthen my writing skills. The focal point that I am most comfortable writing about would have to be music. I am not much of an art fanatic, sometimes I just do not know what I am supposed to interpret. My imagination skills aren't the best. I learned that from those "what do you see" pictures. I do happen to have an attraction to all kinds of music. My favorite music to listen to is when the artist has true, raw vocal talent. I listen to many different types of music. I feel as if music is easy to interpret especially with the tone of the instruments.
