In summary the IRAC method is to present the following:

Issue$-$ present the fact of the case

Rule$-$ what area of the law applies

Analysis$-$ How did the court$/$judge analysis$/$figure out the case$-$ use their words

Conclusion$-$ Was the defendant liable of violating the law $($rule$).$
