The change initiative could be an internal change to improve organizational behavior and/or employee motivation; a change driven by external market, customer or political pressures; or a business expansion. 

• You must decide on a relevant change initiative and support your proposal with references from business media reports, and your own insights. Yes, you may cite examples of real companies.
  prepare a presentation using PowerPoint. It must introduce the change
  initiative and provide background information to support the initiative. The presentation must provide the approach for successful implementation using the Kotter model for leading change.
• Management does NOT want an explanation of the Kotter model since they are already familiar
  with the approach. They want initiative-specific recommendations for HOW to implement each of the eight steps.
