In the lecture onTaco Cabana, we discussed the notion of "inherent distinctiveness." In 200 words (or so), please discuss your views, using your own common sense, about how the choices made in designing a restaurant are or are not inherently distinctive. Keep in mind that the importance of this question hinges on whether a consumer would create a source-identifying function with these choices upon first interaction ("inherent distinctiveness") or whether these source identifying functions would only arise over time (i.e. through continued purchasing) ("acquired distinctiveness").
