In the previous weeks we discussed the Critical Path, Slack and Lag relationships. It would seem that if you shorten the critical path, you need to spend MORE money (overtime, extra labor, express shipping, etc.), not less. So how could it save money? Do you think it is possible to shorten the critical path and save money? Please explain.
